Star 99.1’s Star of the Community along with James Martinez of Alabama Real Estate Solutions would like to recognize the great works of Still Serving Veterans.
Still Serving Veterans in Huntsville helps Veterans and their family members get hired into civilian jobs and careers. They have a team of expert career counselors who meet one-on-one with Veterans to help them with job-search strategy, resume building, networking and more. Every career counselor is a Veterans and all services are free. Their services are for all Veterans, regardless of current employment status, education level or industry. Paint the Town Pink with The Huntsville Marriott
Star 99.1 has teamed up with the Huntsville Marriott at the Space and Rocket Center for our 3rd annual Paint the Town Pink on October 25th! October is breast cancer awareness month and we want to raise money for the American Cancer Society with our cool HOPE shirts from our friends at Amplifytee.com.
Pick up your fight against breast cancer shirt, with a $10 donation, at our studio, 1555 The Boardwalk, Suite 1, Huntsville, AL 35816. Then on Friday, October 25th, we encourage you to Paint the Town Pink by wearing your limited-edition shirt to our Paint the Town Pink Party at the Huntsville Marriott from 6pm to 8pm!
All proceeds from the shirt donations go to the American Cancer Society. Shirts will be available at the station or anywhere Star 99.1 is on location.
